I have been dealing with Carter NZ for a year now. I have found them extremely helpful. I was visited by the owner Matt who helped me set up my sublimation printer. I have only had 2 issues and both were rectified over night and free samples given to me for the inconvenience. They have both great products and great service my products always arrive the day after I place my order And I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

2 unsatisfactory experiences in a row, the last one selling products in bad condition (A3 wet and curved many "very expensive" sublimation printing sheets), I paid the post return and him delaying my reimbursement (multiple claims and waiting one week his answer) and finally "the owner" gets angry with the customer because they claim him, and said " Please purchase your products elsewhere in the future ". Lack of customer service, they seem to be street vendors one day and then disappear; I do not recommend them.
