        A very late posting but I feel it needs to be said. Prime Rentals, Steve and Sue Warburton, were managing our rental property back in 2013. They highly recommended the tenant they placed in the property. We had to chase up inspections as they were not done and seldom, if ever, was there the photographic proof that any inspections were actually carried out. We were slow in realizing that something was not right. Eventually we discovered, to our horror, that the tenants were running a dubious business from the property which probably explains the lack of inspection photos. Their email responses were slow and seemed evasive. Let us hope Prime Rentals are now more careful about placing tenants.
