Nicholas delivered in a tough market. Nicholas had our property on his books through a tough time, just before Christmas 2022, over the quiet Jan 2023 period then Feb when interest finally picked up. Nicholas managed to somehow draw the best offers from potential purchasers to bring to us which resulted in a sale via a backup offer when the original offer fell over. We are beyond pleased with the outcome achieved. Nicholas we felt worked for us rather than the buyers during the whole process.

Ten out of ten I have been meaning to find time to sit down and email you between work, three kids and studying... Thank you so much for all your work to sell our house. It was a very stressful time for us, having had the agreement fall through with another real estate company and then finding out all the works that needed to be done - and then having to start the listing process again. I have worked in real estate in admin/marketing/PA positions for almost 10 years now and I can honestly say I have no seen better service than yours. You called me and kept me informed, you had it under contract with a back up offer in place, but the best thing I found was you went above and beyond to help with the settlement - researching the rangehood saga. Even when I called to tell you about it, you straight away made me feel at ease because you knew what I was talking about. We felt panicked about the flood, but once you called me and reminded me making an insurance claim is the way to go, I felt much better. You opened my eyes to the value of having an experienced real estate agent, compared to someone new in the industry. Thank you so much again, I will be referring you the first chance I get!
