We met Neil Walker while viewing a property he had listed at Pukehina Beach. We expressed interest In the upcoming auction & he promptly came to our house to give us an appraisal of its value. He followed up with us several times via phone calls & emails prior to the auction & contacted us after the Pukehina property sold at a very impressive price, unfortunately beyond our budget, to give advice on how he thought would be the best way forward for us in the future.
