My family used Vosper realty and had a terrible time with the vendors and agents. They had no support during the settlement phase of their contract and found the agents to be less than helpful when it there were issues. We would never recommend this firm to anyone in the tauranga/matamata/morrinsville area. Their agent was Alan Wilson and all he did was look after his vendors. I cannot believe how inadequate this firm was in supporting my family in their move to this area.

THE WORST experience ever; if there were minus 100 stars I'd give that! This man is a consummate & very practiced liar; he presented my (highest) offer based on it being a multi-offer situtation when it was NOT!! Yet by law he's required to give buyer's the opportunity to lower their offer if it's no longer a multi offer situation. The vendors were in his words, "lifelong" personal friends of his so he presented my offer literally, within half an hour of me signing the S&P agreement & without hearing from the other buyer or having an offer from that person, AND WITHOUT giving me a chance to lower my offer accordingly. I made a complaint to REAA but his costing me potentially $50,000+ did not meet their 'threshold' for serious misconduct despite my direct loss AND the fact he knew he was breaking the law, so he got away with it!? He blatantly lied to REAA about the multi-offer situation which I now believe was a 'set-up' as he knew I'd been looking to buy that view for over 10 yrs so knew I'd pay whatever I could to secure the property & he sure as hell ensured that - by ensuring there was a multi offer situation when interestingly the other buyer mysteriously vanished after being adamant he was putting in an offer & making a loud fuss over it so all at the auction could hear including me... but then could not be contacted, yet vosper insisted to me it was still a multi offer situation so I had no choice but to put in my highest offer. vosper presented it despite not having contacted the other 'buyer' who clearly never had any intention of making an offer at all - otherwise he would have contacted vosper back... vosper is a very practcised liar & will look you right in the eyes while blatantly lying to you. Use him at YOUR risk because he will weasel & lie his way out of anything!!
