Introspect Healing

I was recently privileged to receive a life transforming 3 hour energy session with John. I was able to experience the start of my healing immediately. During a past life regression I experienced the AHA moment as to why my belief system was impacting so significantly on my current life - being able to move forward in life with ease and achieve the success I desired. But the changes are continuing to manifest. The day after my session I gained 3 new clients for my business and I am thinking with more clarity and moving with ease - I am so very grateful for this incredible experience.

John and Tami are so lovely. I first went to one of their breath work sessions on the beach, the breath work offered insights of things I needed to action (even if I didn't particularly feel brave enough to do). I have recently had a one on one Soul Ascension with John, this was a very held experience and offered further insights- and probably other things that'll only make sense in a few years to come. The guidance and work journeyed through together in a session, can be deep and shift a lot... so recommend an openness, curiosity and also kindness to yourself to take things steady with whatever insights and shifts occur.

I have experienced healing with both John and Tami together through their monthly group Soul Ascension Breath work sessions (I've attended 4 and will definitely go back again). I've also experienced a one on one Soul Ascension with John. In all sessions I felt at ease, both John and Tami have welcome loving energies and are able to hold such open and safe space. Their guidance for me was gentle and I felt safe to be vulnerable in their presence. I have so much appreciation for them and what they do. Wow wow wow! John has a gift like no other. I went into my Soul Ascension session not knowing what to expect or what would come out of it and I genuinely cannot be more grateful. John and the environment he created made me feel so safe, comfortable and heard. He explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand and made sure to check in as time went on to ensure I was still feeling comfortable and safe. Delving into the various chakras and blockages that my body was holding onto was so fascinating and made so much sense based on my life experiences. Delving into past life regressions has truly changed my life. Knowing what I know now, my life makes so much more sense. The roles and responsibilities I have taken on often left me feeling resentment towards certain people in my life and now that has gone because I understand the bigger meaning as to why things turned out the way they did. Working through everything John and I worked through, I feel so at peace in myself and with my life. It is really hard to explain how that feels, but it has been beautiful. Since I saw John two weeks ago so many things in my life have been happening that I know wouldn't have happened previous to seeing him. My receiving chakra was very blocked and since moving that energy and unblocking it I have noticed so many different opportunities of support and financial opportunities coming my way which I was very much not willing to accept beforehand. My relationships feel so much better and I have been living very presently, living in the moment and am being very spontaneous, which I love. I truly was not sure what I'd get from this experience and what would show up, but it has exceeded any expectations I had and more. What came up for me in my session and the physical feelings I had as energy was moving around my body was honestly mind blowing. You really couldn't write it! I will be going back to see John and I can tell you that the gift he offers is truly invaluable.

Words cannot truly show the depth , power , divine love and nurturing care that John holds in his healing space . From the moment I arrived I felt safe and comfortable . The atmosphere he creates in his space holds and nurtures you. Johns love and devotion to his work is magic ! I could feel how much he wanted to help me on my journey and how much he knew he could help . I realised and released traumatic events from my current life and from my past life that were holding me back. I released for myself and for others with the help of John who released for me too .
