        Great service and friendly driver. The driver picked me up, took me to the shop and waited for me while I made my purchase then returned me to my base.

        For the second time in as many months we have had shocking service from Tauranga Mount Taxis. Both times we pre-booked a taxi van (and had confirmation it was booked) and both times we were let down with them not showing up. Not booked during a busy time so no real excuse. Terrible customer service - both occasions resulted in us being late for pre-booked events. I have always supported Tauranga Mount Taxis, but will not be using them again. Uber it is from now on..
