        Bought some shoes , took them home tried them on with school socks, too small. Took them back within an hour, no refund, only store credit that must be spent within a year. Awful really.

        Terrible experience today. Over charged, made to wait, made to feel like I was the problem. Didn't want to give me the refund receipt. Basically given up on being a customer servicing shop. Wish I could shop elsewhere. They have such an arrogant attitude, knowing we don't have a choice but to shop here. I was the only customer in the shop and you still decided something else was more important. Staff parking in the customer carparks should be towed.

        I have purchased items online I have been trying to get intouch to find out when I can pick up for three days now with no answer no email back nothing.....I have left messages on the answering service....nothing.....
