        Bad service. I went to purchase a battery for my watch. They said they can only do a full service with seals and lubrication and cant sell the battery. Price quoted around $100. The watch is newish and did not require a service but they still tried to upsell. Absolutely not trustworthy and arrogant. Looks like they are fed up with small jobs and want only the $$!

        Yes, I was happy to know that expert, ethical service still exists. Bay Watch On Time have an amazing number of watches and brands, beautifully displayed, to choose from. I was impressed with the advice that Harvey and his assistant gave me , as well as the very reasonable prices on most of their stock. I have bought two watches from Bay Watch in the past two years that have suited my wrist and performed with precision!
