The guys who did the install were really good, they problem solved on the fly and came up with creative solutions. Very happy with the install.
I got the feeling that managements priority was completing the install quicker rather than focusing on a good quality job.
Would I recommend?...maybe but with caution

They do not make contact, any small piece of information or change I wanted to make, I had to reach out and then follow up again and again and again, mostly unsuccessfully.
When we ordered the windows they told us they would be installed within 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks later I followed up and was told that there were delays due to COVID and the new installation date was unknown but several months away. They never told me this until I got in touch. It ended up taking 5 months and I had no updates from them in this time. It was only when I called them that they finally made the appointment. They were happy to hold onto my deposit of course and no discount or even apology was offered.
Then they install scaffolding which has to cut straight through our neighbours property, turn up to install the windows and then it was oh one of your frames has been broken so we cant do it today. How long until that will be replaced? Of course they were unable to give any timeframe and refused to get the scaffolding taken down in the mean time. It took 2 weeks for our last window to be installed and then the scaffolding was left for another week with no explanation despite me following up every day.
The installation itself was okay but they werent neat about it, they took our brand new tiles off the wall and replaced them sloppily, and then left a weird gap with no architrave until we asked for it specifically when they came back with the last window. We were not consulted as to the size of the indoor framing and it just doesnt fit in the kitchen.
To top it all off, months before the windows were installed I sent an email asking for a change of window type, which I of course received no reply to. When booking the appointment over the phone I asked about it again and Andre who is the manager said oh yes dont worry we can just replace that any time so they just installed our original order. Several times after that I asked what was happening with that and was told the window type we wanted was on order and would be replaced whenever it arrived. THEN I get an email from Josh in sales and hes giving me a quote of $700 for the replacement window and needs me to accept that before the order can be placed. So not only did Andre completely LIE saying they were on order, he also completely neglected to mention that there would be an extra cost for this change. Had I known this from the start I would have asked them not to install it until the new glass arrived so I didnt have to pay for the first glass. But instead he insisted it would be fine and brushed it off like no big deal when I brought it up?! Infuriating!!
When paying thousands and thousands for something you expect at least some level of customer service but this company has 0. So disappointing.
