Jacket returned to me that still smells musty and has marks on it . Does not appear to have been dry cleaned at all. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

First time using there services. I was meet by a rude lady but regardless I left my garments with them. When I collected my dresses the man was very friendly. When I got home I realised my brand new dress that still had tags on them had been ruined. I returned to the stop straight away and was instantly meet with we didnt do this it must of came in like that. All well knowing it didnt because I tried the dress on and checked it before dropping it off. He argued his way out of it with no solution. I paid for a dress I can no longer wear which was for a wedding in 4 days. Down the cost of the dress and added stress to find something else. Not happy at all. My suggestion to you would be to check your garment in front of them before leaving it with them.
