I went for a blood test this morning and i was among 13 people in the waiting room, in the 20 mins i was there not one person was called up so i gave up and left. Very poor service!!

VERY PROFESSIONAL, DELYS IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS

Rude staff, long wait times. I don't understand if you're doing a urine test why you need to wait behind everyone doing bloods? The staff don't help with urine tests and they won't even hear you out if tell them you're not there to do bloods.
