Great range of products but the standout is the fantastic customer service. Wanted to do an exchange due to my mistake and had prompt email replies etc - all sorted within an hour or two.

Really great customer service and fast responses and shipping! Our puzzles and toys were ordered in Friday and arrived on Monday afternoon. One of the toys we saved for later in the week (a doctor's appointment bribe) and when we installed the batteries, the siren on the police vehicle didn't work. Our toddler was very disappointed, so I emailed customer service and Andrea got back to me on the same day offering a replacement. Really impressed and happy to have found an affordable, friendly toy store based in NZ.

Found this gorgeous selection and shop on trade me. My daughter would not have had any presents as her birthday is in Level4. Im so grateful, the selection and quality is in a league of its own. Exceptional!
