Te Puke Veterinary Centre

The Te Puke community is incredibly lucky to have such a warm, compassionate team of professionals helming the Te Puke vets. Special mention to Simon, Helen and of course Karen for the care they have given to wee Charlie and Dixie, my elderly cats, who are now both, no longer. Throughout each of their nine lives there were several traumatic events which needed their expert vet care. You even get free hugs! Love you guys and very proud to be a client.

Excellent vet clinic. Karen the vet was really good at her job. Took me in and explained everything to me so I understood. Took great care of my boy. The prices are very reasonable too. Thank you

I approached front desk PM today 18Feb ,explained to the receptionist that my wee chihuahua might have colitis inflamed bowl ,dehydrated and vomiting. I explained my husband is deathly I'll therefore my dog has been separated from his mate causing more stress. The receptionist unsmiling asked me to take the dog off the counter which I felt justified ( it was her authoritative manner). She said last time you used us was 2019 no record of his condition. I pleaded with her for at least something for the vomiting . I'm 78 years old and did not set out to upset anyone .surely she could have spoken at least to someone who could assure me of my dogs condition. Ellen marple.
