Bellarosa B&B

Our stay at Bellarosa B&B was great! Living area is spacious, and the room and ensuite are clean and tidy. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Rotorua town centre. Owner Annie is a gem and a sweetheart. Very accomodating and makes perfect eggs. Shes also happy to have a friendly chat over breakfast. Great host. Theres also a parking space for your car in the driveway, so no need to park on the street. The property is immaculate and very well maintained. The garden and views were amazing.

Absolutely wonderful. Annie, our hostess gave excellent recommendations and the room was fantastic. The breakfast was good and the B&B was very quiet (the airport cannot be heard from the room and the highway also cannot be heard from the room). The B&B, while not in town, is situated close to town (about a 12-15 minute drive) and is close to the local geothermal attractions and the redwood forest. Peaceful room, recommended stay.

This was one of the most peaceful places we stayed in New Zealand! You could not ask for a better host than Annie, the owner. She helped us in picking things to do in the area The rooms were immaculate, the beds so comfortable, and breakfast so great. The B&B is in the countryside about 12-15 minutes from Rotorua, which made nighttime so quiet. Easy drive to the city. Also, only about 10 minutes to the redwood forest. Easy to get to other places like Waitapu Thermal Wonderland. I would highly highly recommend staying at Bellarosa!!! Rooms: Very comfortable.
