Terrace Airside

Shockingly wonderful. Dont have high expectations from airports but this place was astoundingly good, Im very impressed. The sandwiches and croissant were so flavourful. Coffee is good (expensive though).

Excellence in customer service. I ordered a sausage roll and it had a rather strong flavor. It wasn't something I liked, something like how some people don't like coriander. The manager cleared my table and asked me if there was something wrong. I assured him it was fine just not a flavor I enjoyed. He insisted I choose something else from the offerings. I wasn't expecting such amazing customer service. I think the item I chose was more expensive but there was no extra charge. I really can't fault this cafe. I'm sorry I'm a fussy eater.

Iced coffee was horrible. Cold coffee with ice floating in it and not crushed with a blender. No ice cream in it or whipped cream on top. Please teach your staff to make iced coffee.

Hello?! Ive been in a LOT of airports and this cafe stands out. The food was better than most places in town. All scratch made food like scones, muffins and sausage rolls. Excellent coffee, friendly service and a nice views. Great place to hang out waiting for a flight. Consider yourself lucky youre not paying US$18 for a egg salad sandwich on white bread made last Tuesday.

Unfortunately terrible coffee (flat white and decaf cap.), nothing like the quality at Terrace Kitchen at the lakefront or the Eastside in the redwoods which I think have the same owners. Asked for takeaway, one coffee came in a takeaway cup, the other not.
