Just BEWARE when it comes to the booking terms and conditions on the website and your refunds (refundable booking deposits and refundable cleaning fee).
Took Ainslee 4 weeks of different excuses before concluding she would not be refunding what was originally told to us by Ian. Extremely disappointing outcome. spent over $3K and feel like Ive been misled and lied to. This was a terrible experience contrast to the experience we had onsite, and changed my review accordingly. Wouldve been 5/5 if it wasnt for this. Am considering legal advice
