        Enjoyed this beautiful slice of heaven right on the lake. Gorgeous views and rustic accommodations made for a lovely week stay away from the city and lots of people. Restaurant not open, limited menu available for room service only. Bar open till 5pm. No on-site activities available. Derek was awesome and dealt with any issues right away. Understanding there is new ownership and they are hoping to elevate their lodge, we wish them all the luck in the world and this place truly is a slice of heaven! Cheers, Amy and Jim Tyndall

        Love love love! What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Suited pur purpose perfectly! Trails runs and beautiful lake to swim or canoe in. Host was lovely! (sorry i didn't get yr name)! Definitely will be back sometime in our lives! Easy 20 minute drive to Rotarua, not that u want to leave, just brin yr food, room had full cooking facilities, and laundry facilities. Comfy beds and pillows!
