What an amazing place. The falls were spectacular. The birdlife was too. Love this place.

Great place to freedom camp in your vehicle, beautiful spot with lots of walking tracks, ponds, rapids and a waterfall. Best of all, it's a place where kayakers and whitewater rafting happens, so while it means the place Is very busy, arrive at days end so you get a park and watch the last of the kayakers come down the rapids, it's super en! Make sure you go to the very last carpark, that's where you are allowed to freedom camp. Toilet was clean, rubbish bins provided, nice and peaceful, no fresh water tap tho. Tons of vehicles parked up but no one came and hassled us, plenty of room for everyone. Maybe I just got lucky but it was Easter weekend? Seems its changed since some of those bad reviews, it's one of them best freedom camps I've been to ! It's not a campground tho, vehicles only, and for goodness sake, don't go for a swim, it's dangerous! Grab your breakfast and go for a hike and watch the kayakers
