Sunrise Bed and Breakfast

The accommodation was beautifully presented with modern decor and furniture. It was tastefully decorated and we loved the amazing books on display too. The rooms were a good size, as was the spacious bathroom. The heat pump made the room very cosy and not once did we feel cold. The breakfasts were AMAZING - the homemade bread, granola, preserves, fruits etc. were delicious! Claudia was an attentive and friendly host who truly made us feel comfortable and gave us good travel tips. Oh, I can also vouch for the amazing sunrise you can see from the room too - truly magical. Totally recommend this place for a mini-break and we hope to visit again x

Recently stayed at Sunrise BnB in Waihi beach, we had a really great stay. Claudia was so welcoming and it was really spacious, and clean, we were lucky enough to see the sunrise from lying in bed, a big bonus, lovely light rooms, a very relaxed feeling. Had this amazing breakfast, all home made, down to the bread and muslie, which is Devine. Not far from restaurants and shops,, perfect !!!!! Have been to Waihi several times, this is the best. Thanks Claudia will be back

Sunrise B&B is the perfect stay in Waihi Beach and the lower Coromandel. Claudia is a very kind and welcoming host and also gives you your own time and space. The whole ground floor apartment is you own private space and the garden is also a place to relax. She is there if you need her and goes more than the extra mile for you to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Because she lives here already for a long time she can help to plan you stay and gives heaps of information about the wider area. Breakfasts are a happy fest every morning. The apartment is immaculate clean, cosy and furniture and bedding are all of high end quality. The apartment is filled with a lot of interesting books and games. Good quality Coffee and tea is available incl some delicious home-baking. The location is walking distance to the stunning Waihi beach. Thank you Claudia, we to be back anytime in the near future.
