Waihi Beach Medical Centre

Covid testing. My friend and I went in for a test this morning, and we have had many (sometimes daily) as it is required for our job. The nurse who did the test this morning was brutally rough during the test, we could both taste blood afterwards and that's not an over exaggeration. We have never experienced anything like it and can still feel the effects hours later. It's already intrusive enough and not a pleasant experience, so taking care and being gentle goes a long way. I'm sure people won't mind waiting a little longer if you do.

I find the doctors and nurses provide excellent service. They are incredibly busy looking after locals who are enrolled with then. We are so lucky to have a practice here in waihi beach.

Terrible doctors. Made an appointment to get pain medication as I am in agony and in tears yet the foreign female doctor would not help me at all and says they are too busy and to go to my normal gp when i said its at least 3 weeks wait

This medical centre just does NOT answer their phone. Hello a medical centre that doesnt answer a call !!!
