VERY DILIGENT AND HARD WORKING I have just purchased a property in Waihi through Chris A'Court. Chis was very fast to follow up on my inquiry. She was on time to my many viewings and was very knowledgeable on the property. She got questions answered quickly and explained the contract documentation and process to me thoroughly, in a professional manner. During the due diligence period she made herself easily available for my builder and other contractors to inspect and provided the further information swiftly as needed. Selling during a difficult time! Chris told me from the start that she would take the pressure of selling my house off me, and so she did. Even though the house market plummeted, she was able to sell my home in a very satisfactory way. Nothing was too much trouble From the outset Chris answered all questions promptly and provided extremely detailed information on the property.Her communication was excellent and she always acted in a totally professional manner.
