        Incredible service. Picked up bedbugs from a dodgy hostel and brought them into our new van. Heiko not only responded within an hour of our call but made availability on his only day off the following day. Our van was professionally heat treated and Heiko was very reassuring throughout the process. A genuine guy who knows exactly what he's doing - also an industry leader.
