While taking a short cruise to see Hector's dolphins (see my comment on Ecoseaker) I noticed that there were well after the village. So we went to this place called nuku Marae and I discovered a beautiful little chapel dating from the end of 1800! You can push open the door and discover the interior where time seems to stand still! The place is calm and if you are there at the right time, you will take sumptuous photos with the sun above the hills of the opposite shore! (Original) Je navais jamais dpass Akaroa, pensant que le village tait dj au bout du monde !en effectuant une petite croisire pour voir les dauphins dHector (voir mon commentaire sur Ecoseaker) jai constat quil y avait des habitations bien aprs le village. Nous sommes donc alls cet endroit appel nuku Marae et jai dcouvert une magnifique petite chapelle datant de fin 1800 ! Vous pouvez pousser la porte et dcouvrir lintrieur o lon a limpression que le temps sest arrt ! Le lieu est calme et si vous y tes au bon moment, vous y ferez des photos somptueuses avec le soleil au dessus des collines du rivage oppos !
