Superb course - from the kit lists, the continual contact building up to the course, the content, it's delivery, the accommodation and everything was excellent. Kieran our guide was amazing; extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and always happy to answer our numerous questions. His passion for the outdoors really made the course experience what it was. Sitting in the lodge after being on the mountain, having had a delicious meal home cooked there and having a beer asking Kieran to tell us stories was just unreal. The experiences on the mountain ridges were some of the best of my life - my face hurt from smiling (and the cold!). Fully recommended and will be doing further courses in the future with OENZ

Had an amazing trip with OENZ in Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park. We joined the 4 day consolidation course which was great to help refresh our existing skills and learn lots more. The course was flexed to suit our skills which allowed us to improve faster and tackle multi-pitch climbing safely. Loved the course and have my eye on the OENZ trad course in the future!

Cant rate this course enough, I had a great time on the four day alpine/avalanche course. I learnt so much, exactly what I needed to go out and enjoy the backcountry confidently and had fun doing it. Alan is very professional, knowledgeable and created a fun, interactive and open environment for learning, I'm very grateful I now have the skills to do entry level mountaineering! Thank you : )

Great time on the 5 day rock climbing course. Local knowledge from Alan was great sharing all his secret spots that most people never get to see whilst having an awesome time at some newly developing crags.
