        I am reviewing from my Nanas experience, the best and easy way to put this is - they ruined her hearing instead of helping her. She was not listened too and it felt they wanted money from her and that's it! Before going to Bay Audiology Nana had hearing in both ears but was finding it a bit difficult at times,,, hearing aids were given to her that were completely wrong and the power too strong which ruined her for good! Losing all hearing in one ear and now sitting on 67% hearing in the other! She has now found another specialist that has helped her so much and is happy as she can be in this situation! After seeing my loved one go through all of this I am disgusted and she is a wreck... would not suggest to anyone
