        I schedule an appointment at 9am for a WOF. Failed because 1 of the Fog lamps does not work. Charges $96 for labour. I said ok fine replace the bulb. I turned up at 2pm still. Still not done. The guy just wasted 15 mins trying to fit the bulb in instead of mounting the car back to the hoist. Then ended up mounting it to the hoist. Could have done it earlier. 5 1/2 hrs and I'm still waiting. I'm very disappointed because I'm a regular. And I wont be using you guys again.
