        What a hillbilly outfit... won't change Australian currency because it's "too risky"... LOL... the 'A' in 'ANZ' stands for 'Australia'... whats more, is that most developed countries currencies are worth more than the weak kiwi dollar. If they can't handle basic banking needs, how can you be assured they can manage your money?

        Very rude and unhelpful staff, would not help our son get his own bank account even though he has had a school account since he was born with this branch. We didnt have an appointment which we werent told we needed she didnt offer to make one so we left and walked straight into Heartland bank and opened an account in 5 minutes with pleasant and helpful staff. Disgusted with ANZ.
