Really rude angry service, if you want your day ruined go here, might go to hospital laboratory next time, got to be better than this place

I came into the clinic for urgent tests, I'd been up since 2am in the morning vomiting and in extreme pain, 23 weeks pregnant. I walk in and there's only 3 seats taken by elderly. I felt like I was going to pass out so I asked the receptionist for a seat. Instead of nicely going to get one for me, she made a huge deal about it and raised her voice so the whole clinic could hear that there was only the 3 seats available due to the restrictions and she'd have to put the seat by the door in the way of everything for me to be able to sit and it would be breaking the rules. I understand that due to COVID-19 there's certain rules and restrictions around distancing but the 3 seats in the clinic were very close to each other anyway and other people were not social distancing standing around waiting. Not a great attitude to have for someone working in her position, you'd expect to have kind, compassionate, understanding people working in health care. She was very very rude and no one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience. The woman who took my bloods was very nice though.
