The girls from reception are very nice ,most of the time polite But , they always to busy , later , sometime dont return the call , so you need call they back , Im having some issues like they forget to add things at my profile and look so lost when I ask for something , everthing is a hard case there ! Sometimes dont return your call ! If you really sick I recommend go right to the hospital ! I think they lost the control about how much patient they do have ! And cant attend all , leaving a poor experience for us that pay for the service ! I know the nurses and doctor try they best but .. been complicated the health issues in Ashburton! Not very humanised service too, sometimes when I look at they they look tired and not happy to work ! Or looking like they are doing us a favour ! I hope that situation change !!good lucky for us and for they .

Voicemail when in opening hours, reception does not communicate clearly and neither do the doctors that I have dealt with. On top of that reception is quite blunt and rude if you raise any concerns with them. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any medical centre ever.

I will see if I will get a decent service from front staffs as a colour of my skin and my accent of my English. Thats how I felt to these place. See you soon

When youre sick cant get appointment that day, they seem too busy, when ever you call. even for stitches , they keep you waiting for long time.

Really lovely staff and practice. We were visiting Ashburton and needed to see a doctor, we got an appointment the same day and was super happy with the service received. Thank you.
