        Unfortunately our mat has some marks on brand new carpet , what they call as permanent pile reversal shading and it looks like a water stain , manufacturer and retailer not taking responsibility and I have to stick to it so be careful if you buy new carpet .

They were great at communicating throughout the whole process and there were numerous times where their staff went the extra mile to get the job done and we are very happy with the finished product.
