        I do not recommend this rest home to others. While our family was sitting with my father-in-law in the hours before his passing we were subject to instances of rudeness from two separate staff members. This made me feel uneasy about how residents may be treated and spoken to when nobody was visiting.

        I booked an appointment for my husband and I to visit my mother today. Never got told anything about visitor limit to 1 person. I have checked other resthomes in south island with being in traffic light system and I orange they have a limit of 2 people per visit so this is just disgusting and keeping families apart still.
