AVOID! the staff there are NOT HELPFUL, RUDE, BULLYING INSULTING, AND HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE! A simple request of putting cash into a westpac account turned into a massive drama with the staff who seemed totally untrained to deal with anything they cant understand! And seemed intent on humiliating me infront of other customers making out loudly that i was causing an issue, and focused on giving me a lesson in online banking, which i explained i would obviously do if it wasnt cash! Eventually she showed me how to use the machine to deposit, was very simple and no need for her drama! The guy next to me also seemed to be having a hard time with the other staff member getting his request done. Seems to be a bullying make life difficult culture at westpac. I rang and made a complaint with management, which was handled well.
