        Was constantly in trouble for usually the boxing bag. Punches at 40 in a quick burst. Isn't acceptable . I often got recorded on cell phones from. The guests. . And got told off for wearing no t-shirt. Failed society . I work out in nature now. Saves me money and would recommend using the outdoors for fitness

        Great little community gym. Very friendly staff and trainers. Has all the equipment you could need and are often adding new stuff. Highly recommend if youre a local or work in the area.
