We were in the process of buying our house and needed a report on the house for the insurance company and the bank. Dealing with Michael was an great experience. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Excellent service would definitely recommend to others and would deal with again should the occasion arise.

I chose NZ House Surveys to inspect my potential new home based on what they proclaimed they did. I was very happy with the thorough and professional job they carried out . Thorough, professional and informative. I did a lot of research before approaching Micheal for a full building inspection and was not dissapointed, he certainly lives up to his reviews and word of mouth referrals. Micheal was polite and communicative, offered a selection of very reasonable quotes and made time to discuss my concerns prior to beginning the inspection. Not only did he quickly identify potential issues, but was able to point us in the next direction to address them should we choose to. Highly recommend.

NZ House surveys has saved us hundreds of dollars by their though inspection of a house we are going to purchase. They are professional and the report was extremely prompt. A water leak was caught by them and was put right by a builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants piece of mind when getting a building inspection.
