Fantastic team! We were really anxious about my wife going back to work full-time with a one year old baby, but the teachers made is super easy for my daughter Miss M and us. My daughter gets major separation anxiety but teachers support her with lots of cuddles at every drop off time and send photos on the app they use later in the morning. Clean and tidy environment too. We love this place. Thank you

As stated in other reviews, some of the staff are some really lovely . but unfortunately a few staff and a manager that are just awful and rude and behave in a belittling manner not allowing a chance for you to speak and do not take any responsibility for where they do go wrong . And to when concerns are raised with the safety of your child. in example wasn't contacted for hours after a head injury was given every excuse under the sun and was lied to as to times my partner was informed of injury, just to be told that the object that caused the injury and was obviously still a hazard they didn't have to change as they already get audited . and then went to blame my child and then us as parents. Would never send any of my kids here again and would suggest other parent look elsewhere as they do not take responsibility for your child when they are their with concerns to their safety and are extremely rude when concerns are raised. have previously walked in to a full class room with no minder to be seen which makes me think this is a ongoing concern.
