Horrible!! Went in and got a full head of foils and made it very clear I wanted it blended. Came out looking like a zebra and my hair was stained blue from the toner! Came back to get it fixed and decided to put a darker colour to fade and blend the highlights. I made it clear I dont want it looking too dark and showed her a inspiration photo. She put the DARKEST colour through my roots and it was so patchy all over. It was darker than when I came in before my highlights. No apology and horrible service. Called back on the phone explaining the patches and she pretended not to hear me saying hello? Hello? Over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND
