Shambles of a system. I am 21 years old and have no family, friends, have been homeless more than twice and am unable to find stable employment, and I have a huge variety of health issues. It has been 36 hours since I have eaten anything and all I did was ask WINZ for a food card with $20 on it so I can just buy something, anything to eat. I have never been on any sort of benefit or had a criminal conviction, and I have no addictions, despite my hardships I am too embarrassed to go on a benefit and would rather sleep in my car (not that they'd have anything available as there's never any emergency housing available). WINZ decided they don't want to help me and now i'm starving to death, i've never even had any help from any beneficiaries in the past and they still ignore me. What is the point of paying taxes if this is all the help I can get.

Ringing for 3 weeks now and can't get through you guys were ment to call me back why do I have to drive to you just to request a call back

Melissa my case manager spent most of the time staring at my breasts. I have had breast cancer, Ive had two breast surgeries, and after 3 weeks of treatment, I had two heart attacks within a year and surgery on my main aorta. She then asked 3 times why I had contracted anxiety and depression. Following that she compared herself and age to me. My paper work was also miss dated by winz and my benefit had expired, fortunately I had the paperwork of proof and it was corrected. All these health issues plus others occurred in the space of under three years. She also asked personal questions and I left in tears no better off. Thanks Have a great day
