        walked in with a friend and 3 ladies at the front till, not one of them acknowledged us. they all left in a hurry when we started looking at the perfume, we wanted help but couldnt find any staff members. bad customer service

        Deserves -2! In store for over 10 minutes in one area (vitamins) and Not approached or acknowledged by young blonde girl at counter! I worked in this industry for 18 years and we acknowledged our customers! More staff than customers! Easy to see why. Chemist warehouse service much better
