I called in on the off chance I could get some help to delete data on my one cloud as it was over its limit. The amazing gentleman went out of his way and far over and above his duty to help me. He even took this issue home to complete and downloaded my personal photos onto a USB to save them before being deleted. I cannot thank him enough. His manners were impeccable and he was extremely modest about the cause. Amazing service, thank you so much!

Fantastic service from Corbin. I called up at 7:30 to see if he could fit me in for a new screen and protector before they closed and he did everything to accommodate me. Told me where to find the store, and was knowledgeable on the brands and products. I really appreciated his timely service as I have an important day tomorrow so hes saved my life!

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced after dropping it. Initial assessment was ok, took details of faults noted in phone. Was told it would be finished in an hour. I did say I would be around the mall, so may drop back in, probably would pick it up tomorrow. Returned in an hour to see attendant not busy and hadn't started my job. Attendant told me it would be done tomorrow. Received a call the next morning an hour after they opened telling my my phone model was slightly different and they didn't have the screen. It would need to be ordered in which would take 3-4 weeks. Picked up phone to see additional damage to case that wasn't there or noted when I dropped it off. Told it was there when I dropped it in although it wasn't noted. Will not be going there again. Poor service, limited knowledge.
