I will never ever rent from these people again. The amount of times we took them to court (and won) and the trouble they put us through.. never again. They are sketchy, look into this businesses past. Not good at all. They raised our rent but it didn't go to the owners, they pocketed the $60 extra without telling the owner. There was a huge court case about it, Diane tried to bribe us by saying she would give us a good recommendation. Do not trust these people with your rentals.

If I could give minus stars I'd give -5. This slimy old woman's business clearly isn't doing well enough to pay the bills as she has to look for anyway to take money from tenants! It's laughable she rents a house with foundation damage from earthquakes and so rough around the edges and tries to claim $1k for a crack in a bathroom sink witch wasn't even caused by us. We took her to court (and won) out of the $1k she thought she would claim against our bond the judge ordered her to produce the quote for the original sink witch was priced at $180.00. Nevr rent, nt from this agency Diane astle is an unprfessional sour old woman chasing money from people who have non. No morals
