I have been a 2 degrees customer for several years. I had a problem with my phone. The 2 degrees staff at The Palms declined to fix it. They said they did not know how and also gave me information that was incorrect. They told me to go down to ICell. So i did......The two guys there were absolutely awesome. They fixed the problem for me and gave me some technical advice. I am so grateful for their help and all with no charge, just a big smile from them. They will be my "go to" from here on in. 2 degrees were happy to sell my husband and i several expensive phones over the years but not willing to help with what was actually a simple problem.

Got a new phone and plan didn't have the color I wanted but no problem for Gary what a awesome guy nothing was a problem for him . Will be using 2 degrees the palms from now on fantastic shop fantastic service thanks Gary and 2 degrees
