Over priced ..poor quality vape oils Over the road is a small vape shop .. Better prices better oils and better friendly service ..Wonder if we paid $5 on entry staff would look happier

Worst service I have ever had. I had 3 faulty coils that I called head office about. Was told they would replace and get the store to call me. No call. So I went into the store. They knew nothing about my problem. Called head office again while in the store. No record of my first call! Chai promised to call me back after talking to the product team while I was in the store. Half an hour later of waiting in store the store attendant told me he received a message on his computer that nothing would be done till the end of the day and sarcastically said I'm welcome to wait in the store till closing. What a joke (it was 1.30pm and they close 7pm). Later I get a call from head office telling me again they will contact the store to let them know to replace my faulty coils and I just need to ask them next time I'm in to give them to me. 2 and a half weeks later I go to the store and ask for my replacements. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS! At this stage I'm beyond mad. Girl in store calls head office and its Chai again. I'm thinking great, he knows about this. He proceeds to tell me he doesn't remember as he gets loads of calls and I should have gone in earlier! This is when I let him know I was really not happy. He threatened to trespass me and hung up on me. Even the staff said this happens all the time. I asked for the owners email to lay a complaint. Sent the email and no response! I will never go here again. The guy across the road at simply vape is amazing and I recommend you go there for good service, plus he's cheaper! Edit: As expected I got a reply that is unhelpful. Good customer service requires an apology for all the mucking around and diffusing a customer and understanding. This person was rude to me and why I lost the plot after weeks of trying to sort and many phone calls and visits and continually being told nobody knew anything. After many years in the service industry I know bad service when I get it. As stated above the staff said I'm not the first and it happens all the time. They know exactly what they are doing. The way to reply to my review is to apologise for all the inconvenience caused and fix my issue. I knew that would not happen as they don't want to help. BEWARE!
