Over the road is a small vape shop ..
Better prices better oils and better friendly service ..Wonder if we paid $5 on entry staff would look happier

Edit: As expected I got a reply that is unhelpful. Good customer service requires an apology for all the mucking around and diffusing a customer and understanding. This person was rude to me and why I lost the plot after weeks of trying to sort and many phone calls and visits and continually being told nobody knew anything. After many years in the service industry I know bad service when I get it. As stated above the staff said I'm not the first and it happens all the time. They know exactly what they are doing. The way to reply to my review is to apologise for all the inconvenience caused and fix my issue. I knew that would not happen as they don't want to help. BEWARE!
