I came in here with my sister yesterday to find some fuchsia pants and ended up buying the pants and a dress ahaha. The store manager and staff were super duper lovely and were really helpful with trying to find what we wanted. Staff made us feel really welcome, complimenting our outfits and hyping up the clothes we tried on, truly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time from anywhere. I will definitely come back, thank you so much!!!

Just walkout from your Christchurch The Palms Store because the saleslady made me wait unnecessarily long at the counter, there was even no urgency with her movements, slowly folding things and chit chatting with the customer before me and before that I had to wait for this customer to get another item while I wait - my family was waiting for me -so disappointed! I would have understood if I can see some urgency in her movements esp that the other person was buying multiple items and I only had one coat! I am in customer service too and this is poor customer service!

Unfortunately I was not spoken to in all the time I was in store. I went in for a new knit instead of always buying on line. The store person with the braided hair was the only one "serving ". I pulled a few items, walked past her and she walked past me on a number of times and not once did she speak to me or get eye contact for me to say "hi ". Maybe I looked too old! I am not as young as their normal customers. She had one other person in store. She stayed behind the counter and a couple of times came out and hung up items. I came in to support you store DOTTI and now feel deflated. Probably won't come back to a store.
