My husband had a terrible experience here this last week. The receptionists ignored him, chatting amongst themselves. The massage therapist put a towel over the face support of the massage table that covered the opening, while he was laying on his belly, making it very hot and difficult to breathe and when he asked if she could remove it, she replaced it with another towel that was the same. We've had massages all over the world and never had anyone expect us to breathe through a towel. Usually the face/head support on massage tables is such that the hole in the middle allows you to breathe easily and you can see the floor. And on top of that the towel they made him breathe through wreaked of some awful smelling laundry detergent. My husband felt claustrophobic, like he couldn't breathe, and he was overheating because it was like wearing a mask that covered his entire face. And the smell of the laundry detergent was just offensive. It was clear that his comfort was not a priority while in this day spa. Very disappointing as we were hoping to find a place we could both go to regularly for massages. Won't be going here again. Service: Massage

Easy to use online booking system. Friendly staff and super happy with my eyebrows! Lovely new premises.
