Came away very happy with my purchase. Was more than I has wanted to pay but the salesman was very good at explaining that by paying more I was getting much better value for money.

I normally have a pretty good honest experience here but this weekend I popped in to sort out a puncture, and the young fella who is a trainee mechanic took that up a notch. He was helpful made me feel like he had my best interest at heart in a genuine and natural manner.

What a great bike buying experience. Starting with Jack, who helped me out the first time I came in. He had a vast knowledge of the bikes, an excellent attitude & couldnt have been more helpful. After taking a few weeks to think I came back and got Reuben. Once again I received super helpful advice & just an awesome attitude. I wheeled my new bike out knowing that Ill always be coming back to this exact store thanks to the memorable customer service. Thanks guys, if I owned a bike shop Id be trying to hire you both. The staff here are top notch! I'd give em 10 stars if I could. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. Reuben specifically took the time with me and my bike got me back on the road and enjoying this lovely NZ weather!
