        The ladies here do a wonderful job, sadly my veins dont play the game, Im one of the hard ones, but the ladies are always happy to get my blood even if it does take a little longer.

        Had prebooked online, received Code for scanning in after arrival. Did so, screen told me to wait until I was called. The waiting room was full, so I sat patiently there, as all patients sitting there got called in. After 70 minutes I finally made noises and was told that my scanning in - which had definitely been accepted by the scanning tool at the time - could not be found. I would say online reservation is not the way to go there, as their systems are not up for it. Walk in for me next time. Not impressed.
