Torleese have been transporting my boys and now my granddaughters to and from school for years. They have always provided a safe and friendly service. The girls say that Neesey is the best bus driver ever. She knows every child so well that they all feel loved. She always has a friendly smile and a wave.

I've been having problems with Torlesse buses passing me closely every so often on and off for a few years now. I've contacted the manager a few times, but after that I was no longer receiving any replies. My three latest emails from 2018 went unanswered, and my text to him directly early 2019 went unanswered as well. After four consecutive attempts at communication with no success, and a negative review on here, still nothing. I then make a police report, don't hear anything for about a month, make a second report regarding the image shown, and email Torlesse again. An officer kindly visits Torlesse to speak to them, and finally they appear to be taking me seriously.

My friend is a cyclist and torlesse busses continue to pass far too close to him and putting him at risk of injury or worse. He wears full hi-vis clothing and is extremely hard to miss so there are no excuses for putting him in danger.
