Dropped my partners jacket off to be dry cleaned in August last year. After about two months I called them asking if they had the jacket, I stated my name and described the jacket and they said they didnt have it. We thought we must be going crazy and had lost it somewhere else. I received a voice message on 31 January telling me to come collect the jacket. When my partner arrived he was greeted by a lovely staff member. The manager overheard my partner explaining the situation and came over. She dismissed his complaint, was rude and then walked off. Not once was he offered an apology or did the manager show any recognition for the situation they caused. Shocking service
