        Brought 3 bags of pea straw for pet bedding a few weeks ago, I asked repeatedly while purchasing is there any mould in this and explained it was being used for pet bedding and could not be used at all if there was mould in it as it would harm the birds. They did not have straw by the bale, only packed in bags. She said they had packed themselves and assured me there was no mould. I got home that evening and found that the bags of straw which looked nice on the outside through the clear plastic were absolutely riddled with mould on the inside. Out of one large sack I got a small handful of usable bedding and the rest had to be thrown. All three were the same. As I live out at view Hill Oxford, it was not worth driving all the way back into rangiora to return the stuff and my poor ducks just had to go without any nice bedding that night. disgusted...
